Pet Policy
Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Pet (companion animal) policy will follow the Pet-Friendly Housing Ordinance Number 2020-0001 of the Los Angeles County Municipal Code, Division 3, Chapter 8.70 (Exhibit A). Additionally, a service animal is not considered a "pet" and the resident requiring such animal shall be required to execute a Service Animal Agreement describing the responsibilities of the resident. Service/assistance animals are those animals specifically required to assist individuals with documented disabilities. Service and Assistance animals are not subject to the pet deposit. Potential residents should notify Management if they require a Service or Assistance animal.
